Projects often stall because communities are missing time, capacity, funding knowledge, partnerships, or clear next steps. CoHub helps identify what’s stuck and works alongside communities to build traction.
We Connect The Right Resources
No single organization can do everything. CoHub helps communities navigate funding systems, technical assistance opportunities, regional partnerships, and subject matter expertise to connect the right resources at the right time.
We Build Toward Real Outcomes
We care about practical progress. That could mean helping secure funding, advancing a redevelopment project, strengthening readiness for future investment, or helping local leaders move from uncertainty to action.
