Across Southwestern Pennsylvania, CoHub works alongside communities to help turn ideas into action. From funding navigation and project readiness to implementation support, these projects reflect the partnerships, momentum, and local leadership driving community progress throughout the region.
As of July 1, 2026, CoHub has secured $22.4 M in funds for regional projects and have supported over 100 projects in applications totaling over $185 million.

Reconnecting Communities Across the Monongahela and Turtle Creek Valleys
Reimagine Greene County
A collaborative initiative bringing together local leaders, organizations, businesses, and residents to shape Greene County's future. Through a four-phase process of listening, visioning, learning, and action, the work surfaced three shared priorities (quality of life, regional collaboration, and a regenerative local economy) and launched concrete efforts like Step Up Greene and an ongoing regional collaborative.
