Across Southwestern Pennsylvania, CoHub works alongside communities to help turn ideas into action. From funding navigation and project readiness to implementation support, these projects reflect the partnerships, momentum, and local leadership driving community progress throughout the region.
As of July 1, 2026, CoHub has secured $22.4 M in funds for regional projects and have supported over 100 projects in applications totaling over $185 million.

Reconnecting Communities Across the Monongahela and Turtle Creek Valleys
A coordinated, multi-municipal effort to reconnect five historic communities long divided by transportation and rail infrastructure. With CoHub providing technical assistance, grant strategy, and partnership support, regional partners secured an $800,000 U.S. DOT Reconnecting Communities Pilot grant to fund a feasibility study, alternatives analysis, and conceptual design.
